My moods have greatly improved this past week.
I've woken up before my alarm most days for the past several weeks
I've been consistently sleeping less, and not showing bipolar signs. (average down from 11hrs/night 7ish months ago, to 8.75hrs/night to 7.9hrs/night this past month)
coming up with a new idea for how to rearrange my schedule to accommodate a potential client who can only meet this Saturday.

I've been bipolar stable for a long time now. I've stayed stable after getting off Saphris
I'm off most of the scary bipolar drugs
I'm off of antibiotics, and so far its going well! I'd been taking antibiotics after sex for many years because I'm prone to chronic UTIs, and switched to cranberry extract about a month ago, with no flare ups yet!
the nasal spray I take has pretty much cured my allergies. They still flare up if I do something like actually pet a cat, but on the whole they don't bother me at all.
The flier I made was already gorgeous, and then greatly improved by feedback from my +V tribe.
Being a part of the jewish tribe, and being able to do things like go to a seder and being accepted by the religious Jews.

I haven't been using antibiotics, and haven't had a UTI yet in two weeks!
Eliezer posts a .mobi file of HPMOR on HPMOR.com. So nice to not have to figure out how to convert it, and to have a nice conversion that maintains chapter differenciation!
My client last night signed up for a 5 session package! If they all follow through on paying me, this makes 4 from HPMOR

2:48AM - Changes in Style After Leadership + Months of IFS

Catching up with an old friend. Things were better with that friend than they've been in a long time. We've both grown a lot. I know I'm happier, she seems happier too.
Realizing that I've been keeping up my end of writing a friend who is in prison for almost six years now. I am proud of myself for keeping this up and not dropping the ball, and being there for my friend.
Downloading a new song right away that I like. I really like "Somebody That I Used To Know - Gotye." The play of the vocals and the instruments and the harmony really move me. I listened to it on repeat for over 70 times Friday. I got a lot done during that time! I've been experimenting with playing background music while I get stuff done, and that has been going pretty well. I think having music on takes some of the edge off when I'm having resistance to doing work.
I've been staying on top of keeping my work spreadsheets updated. I'm proud of myself for creating them. I'm proud of myself for keeping the up. I'm proud of myself for storing as much data as I can now, while keeping it open for myself that I can reformat it and make other choices for what to do with it and how to organize it in the future as I learn more.

The woman we've been buying breast milk from donated an extra 300oz to us!!!
Izzy will be getting breast milk at least until she is 6.5 months, maybe 7 months, or maybe longer, since our donor said that she might have more for us :)
Izzy is turning into a chunky little baby on her breast milk diet :)
